Question. "What do you need to find the part I need"

Answer.  "When contacting us please have the Model number & the Make (not serial number) at hand."

Question. "Why is it such a problem obtaining a part for my equipment?"

Answer. "A large amount of Makes are not made by the companies who's name is on the front, i.e. The make Goodmans is a badge name used by suppliers like Comet.

Question. "Why are some parts so expensive?"

Answer. "If a part is designated by the manufacturer as a safety item, then only that specification part can be supplied. This normally means a genuine part from the manufacturer, with no alternative available."

 

Note: Complete p.c.b's (Boards, Cards etc) are not normally available.
