Q1 - Burning smell with the Stand-by light on?

A1 - Sounds like the Fly-back Transformer (LOPTx) We have them in stock.

Q2 - TV Dead with no Stand-By light on?

A2 - Sounds like the mains On/off Switch. We have them in stock.

Q3 - CD player display shows "No Disk" or "Error"

A3 - Sounds like a dirty CD lens or laser unit. We can supply a Lens cleaner or a replacement Laser.

Answer. "If a part is designated by the manufacturer as a safety item, then only that specification part can be supplied. This normally means a genuine part from the manufacturer, with no alternative available."

When enquiring by Telephone or Email about parts, please supply us with the Model, Chassis or Part Number of the unit, not the serial number.

Asking for a price on say a TV door flap that is 6inc across will not help. But we may be able to help if you state the unit is a Matsui model 20V1T.
